Terms of Service

第1条（サービスの内容）

Article 1: Scope of Service

はるかたび（以下「当案内所」）は、依頼者の記憶や気分を基に、夕暮れの鉄道線路に関するオリジナルの文章を執筆・提供するサービスを行います。すべての内容は編集コンテンツであり、リアルタイムの情報ではありません。

HarukaTabi ("the Desk") provides a service of writing and delivering original texts about twilight railway routes based on the client's memory or mood. All content is editorial, not real-time information.

第2条（知的財産権）

Article 2: Intellectual Property

執筆された文章の著作権は、納品完了時に依頼者に帰属します。ただし、当案内所は品質向上のため、依頼内容を参考事例として内部で保持する権利を有します（個人情報を除く）。

Copyright of the written text belongs to the client upon delivery. The Desk reserves the right to retain request details as internal reference examples for quality improvement (excluding personal information).

第3条（利用者の義務）

Article 3: User Obligations

依頼者は、正確な情報を提供する義務があります。虚偽の情報による執筆内容の誤りについて、当案内所は責任を負いません。

The client is obligated to provide accurate information. The Desk is not responsible for errors in written content resulting from false information.

第4条（免責事項）

Article 4: Disclaimer

当案内所の提供する線路描写は、編集コンテンツであり、実際の運行情報や現在の風景を保証するものではありません。鉄道の運行状況は各鉄道会社にご確認ください。

The route descriptions provided by the Desk are editorial content and do not guarantee actual operation information or current scenery. Please confirm railway operation status with respective railway companies.

第5条（責任の限定）

Article 5: Limitation of Liability

当案内所の責任は、依頼者が支払ったサービス料金の全額を上限とします。間接的損害、特別損害については責任を負いません。

The Desk's liability is limited to the full amount of the service fee paid by the client. The Desk is not liable for indirect or special damages.

第6条（準拠法・管轄）

Article 6: Governing Law

本規約は日本法に準拠し、本サービスに関する紛争は、長野地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Nagano District Court as the court of first instance.
